Terms and Conditions – ‘Art of Returning’ Yoga Retreat

Welcome to ‚Art of Returning’ Yoga Retreat. By booking or participating in our retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

• Your booking is confirmed once the initial or full payment indicated on the registration page has been received.

• Any remaining balance must be paid before the deadline stated in your confirmation email.

• Prices include only the services specified in the retreat description. Personal expenses and flights are not included.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund (minus administrative fees).

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the retreat are non-refundable.

• If the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

3. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, activities, or locations if necessary, always ensuring an equivalent or superior experience.

4. Liability

• Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary.

• Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to the retreat.

• ‘Art of Returning’ Yoga Retreat and its organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or personal damages during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Conduct

We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior towards others, the environment, and the accommodation rules.

6. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos taken during the retreat may be used by ‘Art of Returning’ Yoga Retreat for promotional purposes unless the participant states otherwise in writing before the event.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of European Union
