ENERGY BODYWORK

An intuitive bodywork therapy session. During which you will be receiving safe touch, stretch and sound frequency. After a diagnosis you might receive- acupressure, lymphatic, shiatsu, tantzu, stretch and mobilisation and also balancing your energy levels with tuning forks. This approach is designed to help you release contraction, stress, tightness, and stuck underlined emotions from the body and as a result harmonising your energy flow which is necessary for healthy bodily functions.

YOGA sadhana

Yoga was designed as a complete system to maintain your optimal health and improve your wellbeing. The way it was originally taught was a bespoke approach. After investigating your current energy levels, defining your dosha and intention for this chapter, I will help you design your Sadhana- bespoke 40-day challenge of a daily yoga  practise to improve your life  and up-level your energy.

YOGA NIDRA

the art of transformative sleep- is an ancient technique that offers you deep relaxation as a base. However- you can go as deep as rewiring your brain under the delta state as you lie down and receive my voice.
